New House

Friends and colleagues are getting their houses.
Be it an apartment, double-storey, Semi-D, Bungalow, everyone just want to get a place where they could spend time with the family, a place where they could relax after all the pressures from work.
I also feel the need to consider a new house that can accomodate my family.
Visited few sample houses, it’s either not meeting my requirement but affordable, or I love it so much but too expensive for me.
Recently I checked out the new development project by IJM in Cheras.
It is a 2.5 storey house. The design is totally different from the traditional design in Malaysia.
I love the place so much but I could not afford the price.
