Flexi working

It is coming to the 5th month I am working in this company.

The best part about the company is they encourage flexi working.

Flexi working means:

1. You’re not tied to specific working hours

2. You can leave earlier if you come earlier. You leave later when you come to office late.

3. Noone bother if you’re working from office, home, toilet, shopping complex, as long as you’re working and delivering result.

It’s about self-discipline and no abuse of the right you’re enjoying.
