Struggling

I am coming back to the same situation: Struggling….
Downpayment (RM7980->RM6780) = savings->RM1200
But I still do not have the “buying” power to dream!

New House

Friends and colleagues are getting their houses.
Be it an apartment, double-storey, Semi-D, Bungalow, everyone just want to get a place where they could spend time with the family, a place where they could relax after all the pressures from work.
I also feel the need to consider a new house that can accomodate my family.
